NCO invites sealed tender from the suppliers or firm for the supply of ration for the fiscal year 2063/2064 for its Children’s Homes i.e Bal Griha- Naxal, Child protection Homes- Siphal, Community Development Center- Thecho and Social Welfare Center- Pnakchkahal.
Terms and Conditions:-
Supplies of Ration and Seasonal Vegetables:
The Tender form can be availed from the Central Office- Naxal during office hours 10:00 A.M- 5:00 P.M and the ration form cost Rs. 1000 and Rs. 500 for the Vegetables which once paid for will not be refunded.
While submitting the tender you are requested to bring a photocopy of your citizenship along with the form registration certificate and a permanent account number (PAN).
The tender registration should be sealed and submitted within the stated time frame in Nepal Children’s Organization’s Central office- Naxal.
The interested firms need to make avail a sum of Rs.60, 000/-for ration and a sum of Rs.1000/- for vegetables which has to be deposited under the Saving account of NCO 183091P at the Nepal Credit and Kramas Bank ltd, Bagbazaar- Ktm and the original bank voucher should be submitted with the tender.
The tender will be opened in front of the NCO’s staffs and the representatives of the concerned firms at 3:00 pm on 2062/03/13 at the Central Office- Naxal.
The absences of any of the firm’s representatives will not hamper the opening of the tender.
6. If the opening date of the tender falls on a public holiday then the tender will be opened on the following working day at the same place and time.
7. While stating the price it should be clearly mentioned in words and numerical. Incase of illegibility the words will be given preference.
8. If 2 or more than items are found to be above 50% of the current market price the tender for the ration will be void.
9. Even if there is a increase or decrease in demand up to 50% the firm will still have to abide with what has been stated in the tender.
10. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
The tender will however not be accepted if there is non- fulfillment of any of the stated formalities or in having crossed the due date.
11. Apart from the above mentioned the financial rules will be as per the NCO’s and the Current Governments.
12. the tender should be sealed and addressed to NCO P.O Box 6967, Ktm and super scribed above the envelope “ tender for ration” should reach the said office on or before the stated date from 10:00 A.M- 5:00 P.M along with the sample.

B. Registration of the listed office equipments and other stationeries:
Electrical appliances, Curtains, tailoring charges for the children’s uniform, sanitations, motor parts, paints, machinery equipments, school bags, canvas, socks, printing, books etc.
These items need to be listed before 2063- Asar, so, please register before that.
